We do not offer refunds, however, you are welcome to exchange your purchase provided that the item is unworn and in the condition received. 

 

The customer is responsible for the return postage and the item needs to be returned within 2 weeks. Once the returned item is checked, the customer can choose a new item and pay the difference if need be and the new item will be shipped. 

 

If the customer prefers to wait before choosing a replacement, we will send you a voucher for your return which will be valid for 6 months.
